Came in as a walk in right away in the morning. They took my tire, I got groceries and came back to a perfectly repaired tire good as new! Can’t recommend them enough! The customer service is 10/10, loved every member of the team I spoke with. I’ll be back here for every possible car need in the future!

Just had the best experience at this Tire's Plus location! Andre greeted me as soon as I walked through the door and was so friendly and helpful and honest. I wanted pricing for a tire rotation cabin filter and oil change and to make an appointment and they were able to do it right on the spot. I will be coming back to this location and highly recommend them. The waiting area is very clean the bathroom is very clean. Stop in and check them out you will be pleased and so will your car. Deadpool ( that is the name of my car) and I are very pleased.

Excellent service and good pricing. Have come here several times for tire mounting and alignments, service is always prompt and done correctly. Andre at the front desk is a fun guy and always has a great attitude. Will continue to keep coming here.

Had a great experience here! The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. I was able to stay in their lobby during the whole process, which was fast and efficient. They checked my tires, filled my fluids, and didn't pressure me into buying things I didn't need. Highly recommend for a quick and honest oil change!

I had received brake service at a different Tires Plus store recently. I needed the car looked at shortly after because I noticed increased brake pedal softness. Tires Plus Minnetonka,(different store location than original service) were SO accommodating in being able to work in an appointment right away to evaluate the issue! I was incredibly thankful because I felt unsafe driving the car. My experience has been one of full disclosure of the recommendations to fix the issue along with recommendations and timing for other services. I sincerely appreciate the excellent customer service I received from the willingness to work me in to their schedule to the kindness and honesty!! I will definitely make this Tire Plus store location the only place to bring my vehicle!! Thank you so so much!! Kate
